At Roamwise Gear, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. Below you’ll find our full Returns & Refunds Policy.
Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our made-to-order, global fulfillment, and limited-stock inventory, we currently do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, or change of mind.
However, we will gladly replace or refund items that are:
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect or missing items in your order
- Lost in transit or undeliverable
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
Return Request Process
To submit a return or replacement request:
- Email us at support@roamwisegear.com
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Attach clear photos or video evidence of any defects, damages, or incorrect items
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for next steps. In many cases, you will not be required to return the item.
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once your claim is approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.
Cancellations
We can only cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order is automatically sent to our fulfillment centers and cannot be modified or cancelled.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your tracking information has not updated after 30 business days, please contact us for a full investigation.
- In cases of confirmed loss in transit, we will offer a full refund or reshipment at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Packages refused or undeliverable due to customer error
- Products that have been used, worn, or altered after delivery
Return Shipping (If Applicable)
- If a return is required, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
