  • All orders are processed within 3 business days after your order is placed and payment is verified.
  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, average delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 12–25 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, or carrier delays.


Partial Shipments

To expedite delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages based on product availability and warehouse location. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping is offered on all orders over $75 USD.
  • Orders under $75 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on destination.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside of the United States, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Roamwise Gear is not responsible for these charges. The customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs or import duties upon delivery.
